Our major practice area is assistance with establishment of business entities and representative offices of foreign companies in Belarus. Annually, our lawyers help with the "birth" of more than 100 companies (including companies with foreign investments).

 

In particular, in 2008, we coordinated registration of the following representative offices of foreign companies in the Republic of Belarus:

- UAB Arauša (Lithuania), one of the largest Baltic construction companies

- Mark Arinstein Maschinen & Anlagen GmbH (Germany), a manufacturer and supplier of equipment for mechanical rooms

 

Also, we provided legal support for amendment of the regulations of the representative office of Autocomponent Engineering SRL (Italy) in the Republic of Belarus.

 

Then in 2009, we supported registration of the following representative offices of foreign companies in the Republic of Belarus:

- DHB AS (Latvia), the largest Latvian company specializing in construction of hydroelectric power stations

- UNEX GmbH (Germany)

- EnergoMash Plant (Ukraine)

 

Besides, during the last year, our company provided legal support for registration (or amendment of constitutional documents) of 53 companies with foreign investments.

 

Recently, we have completed formation of affiliates in Belarus for the following non-resident entities:

Third sphere of our activity is legal support in passing through different administrative procedures: certification, registration of the trademarks, licensing, etc.

 

The most difficult of these procedures is licensing, because there are more than 50 economic activities in Belarus which required license.
