The «Legal group «VERDICT BY» LLC. was established by two well-known Belarusian lawyers — Valentine Galich and Ilya Latyshev.

Our global goal is to become the most recognizable brand on the market of legal services in Belarus; even today we can confidently say that we are on the right track to reaching this goal.

1. we do not render just a standard scope of legal services, but we also have exclusive offers for our clients. For example, among them we can mention our project Legal Consultations on the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

Furthermore, our legal services cover licensing laws and according to our research, this comprehensive assistance is virtually rare within the Belarusian law firms.

We are up to date on the economic life in Belarus and therefore knowledgeable on new legal services that are in demand. For example, as a result of the economic crisis, company liquidation services are becoming more and more «popular».

2. we are different from other law firms because we strive not to limit our activities with only legal services.

Every year our lawyers lead dozens of seminars on practical legal issues.

In 2008, we launched some new legal seminars: in particular, a VIP seminar Defending a Business in Belarus (for company owners and managers), Defending a Company from Consumer Extremism (for personnel of companies working in the B2C sector).

We are confident our website provides a succinct guide to law and demonstrates a wealth of articles surrounding current legal issues.  Our team is significantly involved in writing approximately 50 to 60 articles each year.

3. our advantage is a distinctive Internet-oriented approach to promotion of our services. We do not spend immense budgets on traditional advertising that has no desired effect in the sphere of professional services. We place our promotional bets on our websites.

4. Our company does lots of «pro bono» projects. For example, we have a free on-line legal consultation on our forum (www.verdict.by/forum).

Also we collaborate with a Charitable Fund «Chance» which educates and aids children in need of treatment.

5. We help our clients with legal matters abroad. Our company has partner relations with law firm «ECOVIS Miškinis, Kvainauskas ir parneriai advokatЕі kontora» (Lithuania) wich is a member of worldwide consulting network ECOVIS.

 

«Legal group «VERDICT BY» LLC. has 14 employees, 13 of them are lawyers.

Firm structure consists of 4 departments:

1. Registration department (lawyers of which help to establish (register) business in Belarus);

2. Administrative procedures department (lawyers of which help to pass through different administrative procedures in Belarus: licensing, certification, registration of trademarks etc.);

3. Legal consulting department (lawyers of which provide legal advice on different law matters, draft or analyze the documents etc);

4. Litigation department.
