Alexey Lukashov  is the author of more than 260 articles on legal issues in Belarus, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russian Federation and the Ukraine.

Alexey Lukashov  is a co-author of monographs:

• Confidential information and commercial secret: legal regulation and organization of defense(1998);
•  Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus: comparative analysis and commentary(2000);

Alexey Lukashov  is an author of monograph «Criminal offences against economic activities: criminal description and issues of qualification» (2002)

Mr. Lukashov is an author and technical editor of:

• Collective monograph “Issues of qualification and registration of criminal offences” (2004, 2007)
• Educational supplies “Criminal law of the Republic of Belarus. The Special part».”

Most of them were published in such leading legal and business periodicals as The National Economic Newspaper,  The Law of Belarus,  The Judicial Bulletin, The Judicial Practice Review, The Belarusians and the Market, The Director, The Legal World, The Lawyer,  The Justice of Belarus,  «Viešoji politika ir administravimas» (Lithuania), The Business Undertakings, The State and Law (The Ukraine) and other.
