Elena Shinkarevich

Lawyer of the Litigation Department at the «Legal group «VERDICT BY» LLC.

Elena graduated from the Belarusian State University, the Department of Law (BSU).

She also graduated from the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of the Belarusian National Technical University with the qualification of economist-manager.

Main specialization:

-Development of documentation for the debt collection (letters, complaints, writs);

Representation of interests in economic (arbitration) process;

-Support enforcement.

Elena was certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus in September 2010.

Work experience: 2 years in the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus. Joined the firm in 2010.

Ms. Shinkarevich has published articles in legal publications on the theory and practice of civil law.
