«Legal group «VERDICT.BY» LLC provides services on obtaining a license on projecting (activity concerned with development of projecting documentation)

Projecting documentation has the following kinds of works:

1. general layout and transport
2. architectonical decisions
3. building decisions
4. engineering equipment, nets and systems of heat supply, water supply, sewerage system, heating, ventilation, power supply, electric lighting

The preparatory work concerned with obtaining a license on projecting includes the following stages:

1. Placing in a job of necessary number of specialists required by law that will have principal place of business and that conform to some requirements stipulated by law. A number of specialists demands on chosen kind of project documentation. Conformity of specialists to license requirements are based on 2 criteria:

— respective kind of education that corresponds to job specialisation

— labour experience corresponding to gained specialty (after graduation from university labour experience must be no less than 3 years, after leaving specialized secondary school-no less than 5 years)

2. Estimate of production assets of enterprise (ownership, operating control or lease) buildings, premises, equipment (office equipment, computers) furniture)

3. Complete courses on protection of labour by directors and/or by specialists

4. Preparation and filing respective documents necessary for obtaining license on projecting.

The following list of documents and information are needed to obtain a license on projecting:

1. data on project documentation that will be developed.
2. data on production assets and specialists of the company
3. copies of constituent documents of the company
4. copy of certificate on state registration of the company
5. copies of diplomas of specialists
6. copies of work record card of the specialists
7. copies of certificate of competence issued by the Ministry of Architecture and Construction (if available)

The period of providing services on obtaining a license on projecting is 1,5 months
