«Legal group «VERDICT BY» LLC  provides legal services  on obtaining a license on retail trade ( retail trade carried out in trade outlet [1], shop [2], trade outlet  situated  not in  shopping center ). Except of this  lawyers  of   «Legal group «VERDICT BY» LLC  provide legal services  on obtaining a license on retail trade carried out  by samples (trade carried out without  trade outlet ), retail delivery trade.

Preparation  for obtaining a license on retail trade includes the following stages:

1. Project development of  location of  trade outlet (shop) [3] ;
2. Obtaining  an  endorsement  on   list of  (food) stuffs  supposed for sale  from  local Center of   Hygiene  and Epidemiology;
3. Obtaining  an  endorsement  on  location of  trade outlet  from local  Department of  Emergency  Situations (installation of fire alarm  if  needed ) ;
4. Obtaining  an  endorsement  on  regime of work of  trade outlet  from  local Department of  Internal  Affairs  (installation of alarm) ;
5. Obtaining  an  endorsement  on  list of   (food) stuffs supposed for sale    from  Department of  Trade and Services of  local  administration;
6. Preparation and filing  necessary documents for obtaining a license on retail trade

[1]  Trade outlet installed on  buried  foundation  and  attached  to  engineering  communications

[2]  Specially  equipped building  (or its part)  intented for sale of  goods and providing services  to buyers, that have  trade  premises. In shop along with trade premises can be situated   subsidiary, administrative, technical premises and also premises for  acceptance, storage and preparation of goods  for sale.

[3] Project development is carried out by special organization that has a license on development of  project documentation

 The following list of documents and  information  are needed  to obtain a license on retail trade: 

1. List of   (food) stuffs supposed for sale in trade outlet
2. Copies of constituent documents of the company
3. Copy  of  certificate  on  state  registration of the company
4. Copy of  assigned number of  taxpayer
5. Copy of  lease/ sublease contract 
6. Copy of certificate  issued by  Agency of state registration  of  immovable  property on  the premises  where the trade outlet is situated.
7. Copy of   log on trade outlet.

The minimum term  needed for obtaining a license on retail trade  in  trade outlet  situated  not in  shopping center  is  2,5 months

The minimum term  needed for obtaining a license on retail trade in  trade outlet  situated   in  shopping center  is  2 months 

The minimum term  needed for obtaining a license on retail trade  by samples ( trade carried out without  trade outlet)  is 1 month
